Although this is an upright conifer, its branches are somewhat weeping. New needles are light blue-green, adding to the soft appearance. Native to the Colorado Rocky Mountains and naturally adapted to extreme cold, wind, and snow. This cultivar was discovered at a nursery in Canby Oregon.
