A popular evergreen perennial prized as low-maintenance houseplant, they are famous for their glossy, deep green foliage and striking white, sail-like blooms (which are actually modified leaves called spathes). Peace Lilies are highly valued for their excellent air-purifying qualities. Light: Place in bright, indirect sunlight for maximum blooming. They easily tolerate low light, though they will flower less frequently. Avoid direct sun, which scorches leaves.
